We provide comprehensive accident management; salvage; recovery and towing solutions throughout South Africa. Our stringent supplier SLA's ensures that the the entire end to end accident process is managed efficiently and effectively.

24 Hour Roadside Assistance

We are the leaders in providing our clients with holistic and world class 24 hour emergency roadside solutions. The roadside services are provided jointly through our own call centre and our external supplier network. This unique and flexible solution provided anywhere in South Africa and accross borders ensures that our service levels remain above the industry benchmark.

Service Day

The service day product provides a replacement vehicle for the customer when the customer brings his vehicle to a dealership for a service. It takes away the hassle and inconvenience of driving in a shuttle service. A vehicle is dropped off at the dealer on the day of servicing for the customer to use.

Armed Guard

The safety of our customers is treated with top priority. An armed guard is dispatched to our customers in the event that they feel unsafe. The armed guard will wait with the customer until the necessary emergency assistance arrives.

Auto Park

Customers have ticketless entry to over 200 malls throughout South Africa. The customer's vehicle is automatically identified and allowed entry. The customer is allocated a slot of 3 to 4 hours to park at the mall. Takes away the hassle of having cash and queuing at the paypoint.

RAF Assist

The RAF Assist product will assist a customer in lodging a claim against the Road Accident Fund in the event of being involved in an accident anywhere in South Africa which results in injury or death.

Pothole Assist

Drivers have peace of mind knowing that with the Pothole Assist product they can claim up to 100% of their money back from the local governing authority. With the growing pothole issue on South African roads this product provides financial relief to customers when their tyres are damaged.

Trip Buddy

Taking a long trip alone can be tiresome but not with the trip buddy product. Simply alert the call centre of your trip and the agents ensure that your trip is monitored with regular follow up calls until you arrive at your destination safely.

Fine Assist

The Fine Assist product provides the customer with excess to an online self assistance portal to proactively manage and pay all traffic fines at a negotiated and discounted rate. The service also provides for notifications to be sent to the customer when a fine is issued. The customer also has an alternative option of using our call centre to assist in simplifying the administrative and payment process.

Licence Assist

Our service provider will firstly notify customers of the renewal of their vehicle licence in advance. The call centre will then assist in renewing the licence and delivering the renewed licence to the customers preferred location. No more frustration and no more queues with your licence delivered to your front door.

Motor Legal

The Motor Legal product provides the customer with motor related legal advice and assistance on any motor related incident. The customer has access to industry leading experts that ensure expert guidance and assistance when needed.

My Chauffeur

Attended a function; party or just out with friends? The My Chauffeur product provides customers with a unique and safe option of getting home. Customers have access to their own personal chauffeur service. The service provides for the customer to be picked up by the chauffeur driver while another driver drives the customers car home. Booking of the service is done in advance to ensure that the drivers arrive timeously to pick up the customer.

Lady Alert

The Lady alert product provides for female only drivers to transport a woman alone home. The service is a safe and reliable way to ensure that a woman for woman service is rendered providing peace of mind to the customer.
